My order never arrived

The product was fine - well, my grandson liked it. You don't want the print reviewed, as presumably it is not your responsibility but I have to say that I thought it was a lot less noticeable and distinctive than the pic. Perhaps you should pass this info on.

I'm in a quandry whether to send this sweatshirt back as I am disappointed. the quality is very poor and i don't think it will wash very well....trouble is its for a christmas present
